Mittens on two needles

It is getting to be mitten weather here in my part of the world.
Time to make the easiest pair of mittens on earth. using 100g patons aster yarn or any medium weight yarn will do and a pair of 4mm needles .
The pattern is from my favourite little booklet Heads to toes# 752 I'm not sure if it's still in print
I went to a few places today and couldn't find a copy. I also googled it so I could at least give you a link but I had no luck with that either.
It only takes a few hours to make, the only bad thing I can say about the mitts is that you have to sew up the seams when you're done. but if you don't mind doing that then these are the perfect weekend knitting project. I think it's a great first timer project too.

I will certainly keep my eyes open for that Heads to Toes booklet. After having knit a couple of pairs of mittens on dpn's, I have developed a real grudge against knitting them again using 4 needles, for some reason.

Good to see another Maritimer in this dishcloth group. I live in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

Happy knitting,
Janey
