Monday, April 7

I haven't been in the mood to blog or even knit lately. I recently found out the a member of my family is very ill. And I just lost a cousin who passed away last week. So as you can imagine I've been kind of emotional. I can't seem to concentrate on any one thing for very long.

This is as far as I got on the Sirdar coat with flower
I managed to do a few rows a day on the Shirley KAL.
But other than that, I have not have a very good week.

Life is not always easy. Someday the knitting will be a comfort, but don't worry about it for now. Do what makes you feel comforted!
If you are out and about, would you please look for 'mayflowers' and smell them and think of this little NS girl living in BC, where they won't grow!! Also do not see ladyslippers here!
Take care.

Aww, sweetie....I am so sorry to hear about what you're going through. I wish I had something magical to say to make it all better but I don't of course. Just know that I'm thinking about you and I'm here if you need me.
Hugs & Prayers!

I find it so hard to knit when I am really worried too. Sorry about your family's loss too, how sad for everyone. I do hope the other person in your life makes a full recovery. The little jacket looks quite pretty and I do hope that knitting will return to comfort you.
